DATABASE OF PUBLICALLY AVAILABLE TRANSPOSON INSERTIONS

This database presently entails all the transposable element containing stocks that should be available based on the manuscript by Bellen et al. (2004). Please check the GDP Screen Database for recent updates of the GDP project (last updated 01-Mar-2007).

We intend to soon include the strains that have been deposited in Bloomington by Exelixis. Hence, we hope to provide a single database that will contain more than 12,000 insertion strains that should be available to every lab.
